Zoopla is one of the UK’s largest property portals, and — through its parent group — sits at the centre of a wider set of property brands rather than operating as a single standalone site.

What It Does

• Consumer property search for sale and rental listings, with valuation and market-data tools
• Agent-facing listing and advertising products
• House price data and market trend reporting used both by consumers and, commercially, by third parties

Ownership and Group

Zoopla is owned by Silver Lake Partners, which acquired ZPG (Zoopla’s former parent company) in a deal reported at around $3 billion. ZPG’s portfolio also includes PrimeLocation and Jupix, giving Zoopla a footprint across both the portal and agency-CRM layers of the UK market. Zoopla has continued to acquire adjacent property portals, including a new-homes portal acquired in February 2026.
